PeopleTools 8.50 Master Scheduler & "unlimited timout" for nVision Reports

Is anyone having issues with the "unlimited timeout" setting for nVision Reports? We have a case open that is actively being worked right now due to us having all the following set up, but the "unlimited timeout" is not taking place and our reports will timeout after 15 minutes unless we specify the timeout within the report request. This is how unlimited works in 8.50 per Oracle: 1) If there is a value specified at the report request level, the system will still use that value as the timeout setting. 2) If the value at the report request level is blank, then the system will look at the process definition. 3) If the process definition is blank, then the process will run for an unlimited amount of time. Note: The unlimited value is dependent on if there is a master scheduler defined in the environment. If there is no master scheduler defined, then they system will revert to using the 15 minute hard coded value and the unlimited timeout will not take effect. This is because the master scheduler has been redesigned to monitor those processes where a timeout has been configured and it controls the timeouts. We have no value in the report request, no value in the process definition and a Master Scheduler setup. We timeout in 15 minutes, unless we override by specifying at the report request or process definition level. Does anyone know Master Scheduler's really well? If so, we'd like to discuss some of your settings to compare to ours. Thanks, Jennifer
