oracle Error ORA-302000

Dear, When I am running a Report from the form, I am getting the Oracle error as ORA-302000, I searched in the Oracle Online documentation for this error, but there is no documentation for this ERROR. Please reply latest. Regards AIJAZ

ORA-302000 is a Generic TEXT_IO package Error. This is raised when a text_io call such as TEXT_IO.FOPEN() has failed. If you are trying to open a file then check Permissions on the target device and file and try using the TEXT_IO.IS_OPEN() Call to check to see if your open has worked. Also,TEXT_IO.FOPEN can raise an ORA-302000 if you are specifying a file name greater than the maximum file name length imposed by the operating system.

I was getting this error while generating reports on out test server . On checking the code we found that the path /directory where the file should get created did not exist. We created the directory and the report ran fine. The problem has to be with files and directories ..Just check whether they are OK.
