Changing location of TNS names

Is it possible to change the location of where an oracle client looks for the TNS name file. Ideally what I'm looking for is to place a 'Master' tns file name in a central location (on a server) and for all oracle clients to reference.. Any assistance would be good. Thanks

Create a link file of the tnsnames.ora file from the central location to the location you require so that whatever the changes made to any of the file if reflects to both of them...Cheers!

Dear James, You can do the same for that you have to set environmental variable TNS_ADMIN you can place your file to desire location. you can refer this.
