STATISTICS_LEVEL is typical and version is 11g Automatic memory management is enabled. When I query v$SHARED_POOL_ADVICE I don't get any info. Thanks.

Well there is not too much of info available for this message. Can you please try following workaround and restart database again? Check if following parameter is set to TRUE or not? select ksppinm, ksppstvl from x$ksppi a, x$ksppsv b where a.indx=b.indx and ksppinm like '_library%'; If library_cache_advice is FALSE then set it to TRUE SQL> alter system set "_library_cache_advice"=true scope=spfile; SQL>shutdown; SQL>startup; And check if reszing of components are happening or not? http://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2007/04/16/sga-resizing/ If above didnt workout at all, then i would suggest you to open SR with oracle support as there might be bug. Hope this helps
